Meet Etsub

Hello! My name is Etsub Abayneh, and I am a first-year college student majoring in Computer Engineering. I have a passion for helping others, which is why I've always enjoyed tutoring my peers. I also tutored younger learners with Give Youth at Pohick Library to help them learn basic skills needed. I take the time to listen to each of my tutees, providing them with personalized support tailored to their unique needs.

Three years ago, I embarked on a journey into the world of photography, teaching myself the art of capturing moments with my camera. Through dedication and practice, I have developed my skills and continue to find joy in this creative outlet.

Whether it's engineering, tutoring, or photography, I am driven by a desire to learn, grow, and share my knowledge and passions with others.

Meet Natnael

Hi! My name is Natnael (pronounced like Nathaniel), and I’m a first-year Stanford student majoring in Computer Science.

As a college applicant, I didn’t have exceptionally high test scores or extraordinary extracurriculars, but I managed to capture the attention of my admissions officers and secure admission to Stanford and seven other universities through the strength of my essays.

During the 2023-2024 admissions cycle, I helped over 10 students better represent themselves in their applications, whether through their essays or activities sections. I’ve also read countless college essays, both successful and unsuccessful, in an effort to refine my skills as a college essay writer. Because of this experience, I have a strong sense of what works and what doesn’t. For the 2024-2025 admissions cycle, I’m eager to help even more applicants succeed.
